Ran recurring analysis of the global small-satellite market, supported international MOUs and LOIs, and built internal tools to model and track the future customer pipeline for Finance and executive leadership. Designed ITAR-compliant customer experiences across the Long Beach HQ, Mojave test site, and launches.

Built a constituent database and reporting dashboard, later adopted by several City Council offices, that turned calls, emails, and letters into trend data for city leadership.
